  • The data captured during Data Entry can be made available to the users over different reports. The authorization system makes it possible to control the access of different user groups to different data and reports. Data can also be downloaded and presented directly in Excel.

    Data Browser

    The data browser is the main window of BeeCore and the heart of the application. The intuitive user interface allows the user to search and browse for objects. The data browser consists of two parts: the navigation pane and the result view. Data browser features include: 

    • An individual start page for each profile
    • The navigation pane shows all objects granted to the user, saved searches, profile links and favorites. The profiles show globally configured favorites
    • Two search functions are available. One global search allows the user to search for object names and object ids as well as a full text search. Searches are saved automatically and can easily be re-run using a link
    • A filter can be applied to each individual column of the search results and object trees to narrow down the elements in the view

    • Direct display of table style reports in the BeeCore cockpit
    • The reports can be shown in the context of an object on a tab of the object detail window. Other Data Elements can also be shown on the same tab
    • The reports can link to other objects (Drill Down). In the example right a click on the entry "Employee" would show the details of the employee

    • Enables generation of complex reports in document format. For example an invoice or an order confirmation
    • The graphical designer makes it easy to create and edit report templates
    • Any parameter (for example a cut off data) can be passed to the report
