Maik Wittenborg, Project Management Officer, demonstrated at the 2018 Bee4IT IT Managment Symposium, how Bee4IT is used to achieve a holistic management of IT at Miele & Cie.
Especially the interaction between the users of the IT products and the internal IT was addressed. This includes the entire process, from the definition of requirements (“demands”) to their implementation and subsequent operation. An additional focus of the lecture was the internal IT management, such as task & activity planning or capacity management.
